Anne leads the vision and strategic initiatives for career, leadership and employer development in the Georgetown School of Foreign Service. For over 12 years, she has leveraged the SFS and Georgetown networks to connect SFS students and alumni to Hoyas around the world.
Rebecca leads the coaching team to create in-demand programming designed to build skills that help students and alumni navigate the changing demands of the global job market. She brings a unique combination of counseling and corporate experiences to her coaching practice.
Dr. Mrim Boutla coaches students and alumni as they clarify and reach their leadership goals. Mrim’s coaching and workshop facilitation approaches are grounded in her neuroplasticity PhD research, her experiences scaling public-private partnerships and mission-driven lean startups, as well as her journey from F-1 student to American citizen.
As Assistant Director for Employer Outreach at the Graduate Career Center, Julia Gaiser is responsible for targeting employer partnerships and cultivating relationship management for both domestic and international job and internship opportunities. She uses industry data and client feedback to develop engagement strategies for new employers in key industries, and manages all on-campus recruiting efforts for SFS graduate students and alumni.
Mary Ellen manages the day-to-day operations of the Center, including our communications, budget, events, and student staff. She also oversees the 18 student-led clubs within the Graduate School of Foreign Service, which fills her passion for connecting people and resources.
Matt tracks, directs, and reports on all things data for the Graduate Career Center at the Georgetown School of Foreign Service to ensure students and staff have the insights necessary to discover career opportunities. He enjoys finding the story in the numbers and building out WalshWorks with even more jobs, internships, and resources.
Moira Todd coaches SFS students and alumni on the unique opportunities and challenges of starting and growing a career in international relations. Moira brings over ten years of experience working with undergraduate and graduate students studying international affairs to her coaching practice. Coupled with her deep experience in IR, Moira incorporates contemporary global practices in human resources management and Gallup StrengthsFinder principles into her coaching conversations.
